Membership and Registration Procedure

 

  • Any members of India, having age above 18 years, irrespective of his/her designation be eligible to become a member.

 

  • Every member seeking admission shall be bound to abide by the rules and regulations; those may be prescribed from time to time by the society.

 

  • Should not be one who is incapacitated by law to enter into contractual obligation.

 

  • Person desirous of becoming member of the society shall sign the Application Form (PDF) prescribed for the purpose and the pay the amount prescribed for the category of membership applied and submit the form to the President of the society. The said form shall be placed, before the managing committee, whose decision on admission of the membership shall be final


Type of Membership

 

  • Life Membership: Any individual who is having belief in the aims and objective of the society should pay donation of Rs.1001 or more can be admitted as Life Member.

 

  • Ordinary (Annual) Membership: Any individual who has faith in aims and objective of the society may be admitted as ordinary member of the society on the payment of Rs.250 as entrance fee and Rs.100 as annual subscription within the period of specified.


Cessation and Removal of Membership


The managing committee has the right to discontinue the membership of the member on the following grounds:

  • On his/her death.

 

  • On his/her resignation in writing.

 

  • On being mentally disable or incapacitated to either into contractual obligations.

 

  • On his/her failure to pay annual subscription within the due period.

 

  • Any member who's activities are considered detrimental to the interest of the society can be removed from the membership of the society by decision of the majority of the members present and voting at the meeting of the General body of the society convened for the purpose. However the member concerned shall be given an opportunity to be heard before such decision is taken.
